CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

ABOUT THE POSITION

Procurement of suppliers, engaging with contractors and other external parties, as well as managing the financial element of the project relating to the head contractors.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Preparation and review of contract documentation from sub-contractors and clients

  • Procurement of suppliers

  • Engage with contractors and other external parties

  • Managing the financial element of the project, relating to the head contracts

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Leadership skills

  • ​Experience working on commercial construction sites

  • Strong work ethic

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to think ahead with a high level of productivity

  • Ability to work and blend in with a great team

PREREQUISITES INCLUDE

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role (desirable) 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • ​White card

  • Drivers license

A one month trial period is provided, with full-time employment offered to the right candidate.
