ABOUT THE POSITION

As a supervisor, you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programs, as you coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will work closely with our site engineers to pre-empt, prevent and resolve any on-site construction issues, maintaining progress inline with the construction program.

With a trade or building background, you will be an experienced Supervisor with a track record of delivering large-scale projects with a reputable construction company. You would have managed major components of these projects, previously. You are able to demonstrate strong communication skills, have a collaborative nature; being imperative to delivering live environment projects safely, to high quality standards - all within project budgets.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Control all site activities reporting efficiencies, abnormalities, incidents and occurrences

  • Ensure compliance of WHS and residential building industry requirements and legislation

  • Ensure agreed timeframes, budget and standards are met

  • Ensure dwellings are built within the agreed timeframes, budgets and standards (including quality and safety)

  • Ability to work and blend in with a great team

PREREQUISITES INCLUDE

  • ​White card

  • Drivers license

  • Ability to read and interpret plans (desirable)
